Follow the steps below to complete Moorah Login using the customer login page. Make sure you use the phone number and password associated with your Moorah account.

Step 1 – Open the Moorah Login Page

Visit the Moorah login page through your browser. The Customer Login section provides the required fields for existing customers to access their accounts.

Step 2 – Select Your Country

Open the country selector under Phone Number and choose the appropriate country. Malaysia is available as a selectable option on the login page.

Step 3 – Enter Your Phone Number

Enter the phone number associated with your Moorah account in the Phone Number field. Check that the number is entered correctly before continuing.

Step 4 – Enter Your Password

Type your account password into the Password field. You can select Show Password if you need to check the password you entered.

Step 5 – Select Sign In

After confirming your phone number and password, select Sign In to proceed with your Moorah account login.

Moorah also provides an OTP option for first-time login. This gives users another available login method directly from the Customer Login page.

Open the Moorah H5 interface in your browser, go to Customer Login, and enter your registered phone number and password to sign in.

Moorah Web Login

Customers using the Web version can access the same Customer Login page and complete the sign-in process with their phone number and password.

If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password? option displayed on the Customer Login page instead of repeatedly entering an incorrect password.

Complete the instructions displayed on the password recovery page to proceed with recovering access to your Moorah account.
