These Moorah Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Moorah platform and its services. By accessing the platform or using its services, users agree to comply with these Terms of Use, including provisions relating to account access, purchases, acceptable use, intellectual property, returns, submissions and termination. Users who do not agree with these terms should not access or use the platform or its services.
Accessing the Moorah platform or using its services constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms of Use. These terms establish the permitted and prohibited ways in which users may access and interact with the platform and its services. Additional terms may apply to particular services, features or transactions where specified by Moorah.
Password-protected or otherwise secure areas of the platform are restricted to customers with registered accounts. Users must not attempt to obtain unauthorised access to protected areas, services or information through methods that Moorah has not intentionally made available for their use.
According to the terms provided by Moorah, users under 21 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian, including acceptance of the Terms of Use and responsibility for the user’s actions, charges associated with use of the services or purchases, and compliance with the terms. Without the required consent, the user must stop accessing and using the platform and services.
From 1 October 2025, Moorah states that users must make at least one qualifying purchase each month to activate commissions earned from their downline during that month. Commissions initially appear as a Floating Balance and, after the purchase requirement is met, the applicable month’s Floating Balance is transferred to Total Balance on the first day of the following month. Moorah further states that users are required to purchase at least RM65 worth of products per month to maintain referral bonus income, while unactivated commissions may be passed to an active upline.
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions and interpretation provisions specified in Schedule 1 apply to the Moorah Terms of Use. Users should read applicable definitions together with the clauses to which they relate.
Users agree to comply with applicable guidelines, notices, operating rules, policies and instructions relating to the Moorah platform and services. Moorah may revise its terms from time to time, with published amendments becoming applicable according to the Terms of Use.
Users must not impersonate another individual or entity, falsely represent an affiliation, use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform or other users, transmit prohibited materials, upload malicious software or harmful code, or use the services contrary to applicable laws, acceptable-use requirements or internet standards.
Moorah may upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the platform or services without notice. The Terms of Use state that Moorah is not liable for access disruptions resulting from such changes.
Moorah reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor or screen platform content, restrict access, report suspected legal violations and cooperate with investigations. Moorah may also request information from users and take action where inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information is suspected.
Use of Moorah services is also subject to the Moorah Privacy Policy. Depending on the service or transaction involved, additional terms may apply, including applicable Terms of Sale and other terms made available by Moorah. Where specific features or services carry additional conditions, those conditions may take precedence in the event of a conflict.
The service-specific provisions supplement the wider Moorah Terms of Use. Only users who meet the applicable legal-age and contractual-capacity requirements may use the services. Users who have previously been suspended or who are in breach of the Terms of Use may be prevented from accessing the services.
Users agree to use Moorah services lawfully and in good faith. Information and data submitted to the platform must be accurate, and users remain responsible for information they provide. Moorah reserves the right to reject or cancel use of services where fraud or suspicious transactions are suspected.
Moorah aims to provide accurate product information, but its Terms of Use state that product descriptions may not always be accurate, complete, current or error-free. Customers should review the information displayed for a product before completing an order.
Listed prices are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Moorah may update product prices without prior notice, so customers should refer to the price presented during their current shopping and checkout process.
Third-party vendors that are not affiliated with Moorah may list and sell products through the platform. Transactions with such vendors constitute independent agreements between the customer and the respective third-party vendor as described in the Terms of Use.
Certain Moorah services may require an account and the provision of Personal Data. Where a Username and Password are used, users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential, maintaining account security and updating relevant information when required. Users should notify Moorah promptly if they suspect that their credentials have been compromised or used without authorisation.
Where supported by a permitted mobile device and made available by Moorah, fingerprint or facial recognition may be used as a verification method instead of a Username and Password or an OTP security code. Users are responsible for securing their device and ensuring that only their own permitted biometric identification is stored for account access.
The Terms of Use state that Moorah does not collect, process or store users’ facial or fingerprint information when providing the biometric verification service. The biometric authentication functionality is provided through the user’s permitted device, and users remain responsible for the safety and security of that device and its authentication features.
Activity conducted using a user’s Username, Password or enabled Biometric Verification may be treated as activity performed by that user. Account credentials and verification information must therefore be kept confidential and must not be shared with other parties.
Intellectual property relating to the Moorah platform and its materials is owned, licensed to or controlled by Moorah, its licensors or its service providers. Moorah reserves the right to enforce applicable intellectual property rights to the extent permitted by law.
Platform materials must not be reproduced, reverse engineered, decompiled, altered, distributed, republished, broadcast, mirrored, transferred or otherwise used beyond the permissions provided by Moorah or the relevant rights holder. Where permitted, materials may be downloaded, printed or used for personal and non-commercial purposes subject to the applicable conditions.
Trademarks displayed through the platform may belong to Moorah or third parties. Display of a trademark does not grant users a licence or other right to use it without the required permission from Moorah or the applicable trademark owner.
Exchanges and returns must follow the instructions specified in the applicable Moorah Exchange or Returns Policy. Customers should review the relevant policy and requirements before submitting a claim.
Under the stated Moorah terms, goods sold are generally non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable except where an item is delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers who receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product must notify Moorah Customer Service within three calendar days from the date the goods are delivered. Proof of purchase and clear photographs or videos of the product and its packaging may be required. Claims submitted after the stated three-day period may not be accepted.
Moorah reserves the right to inspect and verify a claim before determining whether an exchange, refund, replacement or another appropriate remedy will be provided. Customers should retain relevant order information and supporting evidence when contacting Customer Service.
If an incorrect product is delivered because of an error by Moorah or the Seller, the customer must notify Moorah Customer Service within three calendar days from delivery. Once the claim is verified, Moorah states that the incorrect item will be exchanged for the correct product without additional cost to the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking selected products, quantities and delivery details before completing a purchase. Orders placed incorrectly by a customer are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers with a question or complaint may contact the relevant Seller directly through the platform where applicable or contact Moorah through the Contact Us page. Providing relevant order and issue details can assist with reviewing the matter.
Where a customer cannot resolve a dispute with a Seller through direct discussions, the Terms of Use state that Moorah may suggest and implement an appropriate resolution at its discretion.
Users grant Moorah a non-exclusive licence to use materials or information submitted through or provided to the platform, including questions, reviews, comments and suggestions, as described in the Terms of Use. Users must not use false email addresses, impersonate another person or misrepresent the origin of a submission.
The Terms of Use provide for the use of information supplied by users, including applicable Personal Data, for informational and promotional emails. Users may subsequently opt out of promotional emails through the appropriate unsubscribe link provided in those communications.
Users acknowledge that Personal Data is handled according to the purposes and conditions described in the Moorah Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should therefore be read together with these Terms and Conditions where personal information is involved.
Moorah may terminate a user’s access to the platform or services and disable applicable account access or verification functions where permitted under the Terms of Use, including in connection with a breach of the terms or circumstances in which continued service is considered inappropriate.
Users may terminate the Terms of Use by giving seven days’ written notice to Moorah through the Contact Us page, according to the termination provisions provided by the platform.
Following termination, the user will cease to have access to the applicable platform or services. Where an account has a remaining balance, the Terms of Use state that withdrawal is subject to the prevailing terms and conditions applicable at the time of termination.
The Moorah Terms and Conditions establish rules governing access to and use of the platform and services, including user obligations, account access, purchases, intellectual property, returns, submissions and termination.
